Effective May 1, 2025 — Beta

Beta notice. Partida is currently in private beta. This policy reflects our current practices and may be updated as the product evolves. We will notify active users of material changes.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google or email, we receive your email address and display name. We store the household, family member, and document tracking data you enter into Partida. We do not collect payment information in the current beta.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Partida service — displaying your household's document tracker, sending transactional emails (invites, password resets), and improving the product. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Storage & security

Data is stored on servers within the EU and encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Firebase (Google). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your data within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@partida.me and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Partida uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
