What Partida is

Partida is a document tracking and household coordination tool to help you manage your Portugal visa application. It is a guide, not a legal service. Nothing in Partida constitutes legal advice. Your visa outcome depends on your specific circumstances and the Portuguese immigration authorities.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Partida's document lists are illustrative — your actual requirements may differ. When in doubt, consult a qualified immigration attorney.

Beta & availability

Partida is provided as-is during the beta period with no guarantee of uptime or feature availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes.

Accounts

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Partida is not liable for any visa denial, delay, or other immigration outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which during beta is zero).
